Today is October 27^th, and with the tax credit running out on Nov 30^th, and still no word on the extension, buyers will want to be under contract no later than Friday of this week.  Rates are still low, but please keep in mind, it is going to take most banks about 30 days to process, underwrite and close a loan, and the sooner your buyers get in line the better, but the clock is ticking.  Don’t be left behind, the mad dash for the $8000 tax credit cash is about to come to an end.  Please let us know how we can help you out…
